We have been very pleased with the work undertaken by the team at Perry Construction. We engaged their services to undertake a sizeable three-month project on our home including a loft conversion, new detached garage and reconfiguration of several rooms in the existing house.
As we had never undertaken a project like this before we were unsure what to expect. We were also keen to remain living in the house for the majority of the time that the work was on-going to help manage cost and John and the team worked with us to ensure a build plan was developed and delivered to facilitate this.
Overall, the team’s practical approach ensured that whatever inevitable challenges and changes were encountered along the way solutions were found and we were constantly kept updated regarding implications. The project has been delivered on budget and we are very pleased with the results.

“John built my extension for me in 2012,(a 6m by 4m kitchen and bathroom extension) with a large flat roof. He came to the rescue after I had been messed around by other builders – and took over from foundations stage. He gave me a very good, fair quote, which he stuck to – all the way to the end. At every stage he checked in what I wanted, respected my home – he employed workmen that were a pleasure to have around (ok no man sweeps up quite as we would like!). Importantly John came back promptly to deal with the snagging, and left me a happy customer all round. His project management is excellent, he removed all his rubbish and made sure that all inspection visits and communications with the council were handled.
